Hm...Finnland has proved having many good Metal bands, but for me CRYHAVOC is not one of them. It's a little difficult to define the style of these guys, because as a whole I don't listen to similar groups, but may be it can be called Power Metal. OK, while listening to the album I can hear the musicians playing really good their instruments and the voice of the singer is not too bad, but where are the ideas? The tracks sound too monotouns and I'm left with the impression the band had existed two weeks before recording this album. About the cover - it's just cool, but I think it's made in 'honour' of some simpletons, who'll buy the album only because of it /like the man who gave me 'Sweetbriers'/. So, what other to tell...Don't know if the band still exists, but if it's so, the guys should know that it's not enough to be from Finnland to create good Metal.
