Death

Scream Bloody Gore

What can I say? It's one of those albums one cannot miss.
The wonderful and killing riffs of Scream Bloody Gore took 80's thrash metal one step forward. The sound became so brutal, intense and raw it couldn't be included in the thrash genre no more. The death metal was born so the legendary band called Death.
This album shows the craziest and heaviest Death fase. From the crushing initial tunes of "Infernal Death" to the ending riffs (one of the few melodic parts in this album) of "Scream Bloody Gore" we are driven through a journey where the blood commands us, the smell of the putrid corpses ablazes us... this kinda stuff doesn't seem that exciting nowadays, but I wonder how people felt when they listened to SBG in 1987. In this album we can see very clearly how things would get heavier and faster in the spectre of death metal, it's amazing.
If you consider yourself to be a metal fan, you must have this seminal album in your collection, if you don't have it yet. Otherwise you shall burn into infernal death!!!
