The vocals suck. This is the first thing I noticed about this album.
Apart from that, it's musically sound, although its style very much reminds me of My Dying Bride at about that time. The Keyboards soar, the Guitars roll - and then comes the voice. I'm sorry, I cannot bear to listen to this too long because the singer gets on my nerves. I can't really put my finger on the problem, he growls like they all do, so I can't really tell, if he's in tune. It just sounds off.
The opener "Kneading with honey" is actually the strongest song, the vocals are ok here.
"My oceans vast" starts with a nice acoustic guitar theme and spoken words but quickly degrades into "another doom song". From then on, nothing really happens until the end. "Meadows" is an instrumental. Thank you! A nice chord progression - but too little novelty for three minutes of song.
