As I know, this is the debut album of that Swedish group, but I can tell you it's just great! Tomas Borklund /bass;vocals/, Magnus Bjork /guitars;vocals/ and Daniel Bryntse /drums;guitars;vocals/ show wonderful skills in playing their instruments. The style of WB can be called Melodic Death /it's normal for a Swedish band/, but there are also fast and brutal drum-attacks,and melancholic moments... The vocals are various - there are typical for Death metal style, another for Black metal and a little clean vox. I should mention the last of the 10 songs - I like few ballads, but this is one of them! The album is more than 50 minutes, but it can't bore you - it's full of variety and changes in the rhythm. Another thing, which is good to be known about this album, is that it's recorded at Abyss Studio. I think this is one of the best albums for 1998, so it would be great if there is second album...Keep the hope alive!
